I want to express my thanks to you and your team for the help you have given me with my hip. You have gone above and beyond for me and I want you to know how much I appreciate you and your staff. I was impressed with staff members I came in contact with and I hope you will express my gratitude to them as well. I have tentatively scheduled my next hip procedure for the second week in December and I would like to get you involved in the healing process as soon as possible. How exciting, we get to do it all again!
There is one more thing I would like to mention. I sat it your lobby one day and read your mission statement several times. After reflecting on my experience in your facility with your staff members, I can honestly say that your work and your attitudes truly reflect that statement.
I completed therapy on my shoulder today, and want you to know that all the people with whom I came in contact there were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, caring, personable and very professional. I was always greeted with a smile at the desk, coming in and going out!
My therapist was Mark Miele, and the assistants I worked with were Bryan (mostly), and on a few occasions Dave and Jordan. Not only did they explain what was to be done, but also the why's and how it would improve my situation.
It was so refreshing to find a great Christian atmosphere! Having no experience with the other locations, I can't speak for them, but at this one in Shelby, your mission is certainly being carried out in a wonderful way. I will highly recommend your place to anyone in need of therapy.
May God continue to bless you and all of your staff and families.
We have received outstanding physical therapy treatment from Cleveland Physical Therapy for a variety of health issues and we are pleased to share our experiences and observations. Most recently, the staff rehabilitated Sara following shoulder replacement. Sara had received therapy previously on two occasions for neck and shoulder problems. Steve recently received therapy for major TMJ problems and had been helped over previous years for neck and shoulder problems. Don Miller and his staff have provided the best care that we could have only imagined was available.
The atmosphere at Cleveland Physical Therapy is warm, inviting, caring, and friendly. We were greeted by name and a professional but personal relationship was established. During each therapy session, we felt that staff members who worked with us gave their very best and their mission was for us to be fully restored and rehabilitated as soon as possible.
We observed the staff to be very skilled and professional. At the conclusion of each treatment session, the therapist and techs recorded detailed information regarding our progress and personalized our treatments to ensure continuing good results.
The facilities are well equipped not only for our particular needs but also for a variety of therapy needs. In addition to hands on therapy, we used different types of machines, the therapeutic pool, weights, elastic bands and directed therapy exercises as we progressed toward healing and recovery.
We learned that many local physicians and their families seek physical therapy from Cleveland Physical Therapy. This knowledge validates what we were experiencing-outstanding care.
We are happy today and enjoying activities such as traveling, RVing, photography, hiking, and fishing-thanks to the outstanding care we have received. Life is good now and if "another bump in the road" occurs, we know where we are going for therapy.

I am a thirty-year-old who has been playing and teaching tennis for most of my life. As the Director of Tennis for Cleveland Country Club, the functional ability of my shoulders is essential to my career. Following shoulder surgery in March of 2006, I was referred to Don Miller and CPTA. I expressed concern about the impact of the surgery on my ability to play and teach tennis. Upon meeting Dr. Miller, I was given a tour of the facility and was introduced to his staff.
Following a thorough examination of my shoulder girdle and neck, Dr. Miller explained my condition and what it would take to get me back to tennis. A treatment program was outlined and implemented to achieve this goal. Throughout the rehabilitation process, the purpose of the hands-on techniques and exercises were explained. In addition to my treatments at the clinic, I was taught what I needed to do to take care of my shoulder at home and after the rehab process was completed. My program was constantly monitored and updated as I made progress.
Now, almost a year after the operation, I am very pleased with the care I received at CPTA. My shoulder is almost 100 percent and I am able to play and teach completely unaware of the operation. The staff was exceptionally professional, polite and caring. Without their help, there is no way I could have continued with my career.

(Excerpts from a patient's letter dated February 27, 2007)
Today, I will finish almost five months of treatment at your fine facility... Early in October of 2006, I took a serious fall and damaged my shoulder. I had broken bones and damaged tendons requiring surgery. Dr. Patrick Hayes operated on me and sent me to you for treatment. In my initial visit, I was so distressed that I dreaded anyone even looking at my shoulder, much less twisting it and stretching it.
Krista Frazier obviously knew of my apprehension and instead of causing pain and agony, this young woman gently moved my arm and shoulder and plied it with ointment of some kind... As weeks went by, Krista monitored my chart, noting the limits of motion and my progress. She added exercises and directed (her assistant) David to hold me to them. Krista was concerned with my discomfort, my nervousness, and my lack of confidence in my own ability to recover.
God blessed me with the healing hands, the charming countenance, and the soothing voice of Krista Frazier. She is indeed a professional and your practice is fortunate to have her.

I want to thank Don Miller and his staff for the professional manner in which they have helped me get the use of my leg back after a total knee replacement. I am impressed with the attitude of those who work with the host of patients with a very caring attitude. There is a pleasant atmosphere in which each worker is constantly showing a friendly disposition. One thing that I noticed right off was that they call you by your name as if you are a personal friend. When one of the workers is not with a patient he or she is doing the laundry, folding towels, or lending a helping hand to whomever needs it.
I particularly liked that they were interested in the spiritual welfare of others. They were praying for and with the patients as needed. When my sessions were finished, I felt uplifted to face the rest of the day. I have been and will continue to recommend this center to friends and acquaintances.
Sincerely in the name of Jesus Christ,
