Personal Fitness Trainer & Yoga Teacher
I began taking yoga classes in 2007 to compliment my physical fitness regimen, but quickly began to realize that yoga offers so much more, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and I wanted to share this life changing practice with the world. I completed my RYT-200 hour certification through Asheville Yoga Center in 2014, and am currently pursuing my RYT-500 hour certification. I love to teach energetic vinyasa flow combined with deep stretch postures to all levels. I encourage my students to make that connection between mind, body and breath, and to leave class feeling both empowered and peaceful. I love the positive energy that is created during a yoga practice, and I hope my students will use that energy to discover the best version of themselves. I look forward to sharing my love of yoga, and to remaining a lifelong student of the practice.
